ATLPhotography.com is based out of Atlanta, Georgia.  ATLPhotography.com is the second branch of NOIR Group Photography.  Originally founded in New York City, NOIR Group Photography continues it’s tradition of excellence in technology and photography.  NOIR Group Photography now proudly serves the Atlanta Metro area for Wedding Photography, Portrait Photography, Real Estate Photography, and Commercial Photography.  NOIR Group Photography also photographs in different parts of the world where owners Alexander and Samantha have friends and contacts.  The house style of photography are razor sharp images that evoke emotions of the moment and memories of the subject.  Technology is used to enhance and perfect the images.

Alexander Chiu

Alexander Chiu is an Atlanta based photographer specializing in portraits and natural lighting.  The resulting images are natural, indicative of the moment, and reflect an attention to detail.  Alexander believes that capturing the moment in the lens of the camera is tantamount to capturing the soul of a person in the photograph.  Specifically, the life emanating from the photograph is what should capture most people when they view his photographs.

Alexander was originally functional in web design, finance, and technology.  He founded NOIR Group in 1997 while he was attending college at George Washington University.  After getting his business degree, he registered NOIR Group in New York City and enjoyed success there until 2008.  Since that time he has traveled the world and has photographed on every continent except for Africa and Antarctica.  He recently married his new business partner Samantha and continues to run NOIR Group Photography.

Samantha Chiu

Samantha Chiu is an Atlanta based photographer specializing in wedding photography and portraits.  Samantha has an excellent eye for art and her photography is an extension of that trait.  Samantha believes that creativity is what makes a photograph.  Her eye for artistic shots and creative positioning allow her to capture photographs that have a high amount of detail, creativity, and ultimately an image trapped in time.  As she continues to produce more photographs, she aims to capture a more local view of the world around her.

Samantha went to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and honed her skills there with sketching, photography, and animation.  This trained her eye for motion as well as still photography.  She has filmed and photographed multiple dance events in the United States and had travelled with Alexander to different places in the world.  She constantly strives to improve her skills with her camera as well as the technology used to augment the photographs.  When she married her best friend, Alexander, she took a place in NOIR Group Photography and brought him to Atlanta, Georgia to capture a part of her homeland in the lens of a camera.
